5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

6. Service Quality & Responsibility

Our stylists are highly trained professionals committed to providing quality services. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Allergic reactions to hair products (clients with sensitive skin should inform us in advance)
• Hair damage resulting from home care after the service
• Outcomes that depend on individual hair type, texture, or conditions outside our control

7. Consultations

We recommend a consultation before major services. During consultation, our stylists will assess your hair and discuss your expectations.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
